This notice explains how information submitted through the Aetherbloom Games website inquiry form is handled.

Information received
When you submit an inquiry, Aetherbloom Games receives the name, email address, message, selected product, inquiry type and page path included with the submission. The form also creates a submission reference so retries can be matched without creating duplicate lead records.
Recognized campaign labels in the link you followed may be saved separately with your inquiry to measure which material produces requests. Other query parameters and referrer URLs are not saved with the inquiry. Marketing reports use aggregate counts and exclude names, email addresses and messages.
Optional product page analytics
When enabled, the Procedural UI page offers an analytics choice. Google Analytics loads only if you allow analytics. It uses cookies to measure consenting browsers, product page visits and confirmed inquiry acknowledgements. It receives the page path, recognized campaign labels and referring website origin, but no inquiry names, email addresses, messages or submission references. Advertising signals are disabled.
Your choice lasts up to 90 days in this browser. Use Analytics settings on the product page to change it. Declining keeps Google Analytics disabled. Visitor counts cover consenting browsers and can miss blocked tracking. They do not identify every human visitor.
How it is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your message and to track related follow-up. Submissions are stored in a private lead tracker, and Aetherbloom LLC receives a notification email.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and Google services for the private lead tracker and notification email.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records and their automated notification emails are generally deleted 24 months after submission. Records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for an active business relationship, legal obligation or dispute. To ask about an inquiry record or request its deletion, email help@aetherbloom.games.
